Pressure Gauge & Buzzers with reject station:
This machine checks all the six cells in one cycle. Leakage of cells can be checked on Respective Digital Pressure Gauges which is provided for all cells in one operation (1,3,5) in addition to this, leaked cell will have visual indicator with Buzzer for respective cell with respective tune once half cycle is without leakage then these cells are automatically connected to another set of cells (2,4,6) & remaining cycle is completed. Anywhere if leakage is detected in the Battery then cycle is stopped & Battery is pushed to opposite side to reject conveyor after Leakage Stamp.
